We are looking for an experienced architect to design residential projects.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced architect to lead the architectural design of our residential projects. You will be part of a team creating next-generation sustainable housing — from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design of residential projects from study to construction documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers and passive house specialists
- Client communication and design presentations
- Quality oversight and architectural supervision during construction
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design
- Experience with residential projects, passive houses a plus
- Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- CKA authorization or equivalent
